Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellation and Refund

  • •Orders once placed can be canceled only if the customization process has not started.
  • •Once the order has been shipped or delivered, it cannot be returned or refunded.

2. Exceptions

  • •If the product is defective or incorrect, customers must contact us within 4 hours of delivery with proof (photos/videos). Failure to follow this process will result in the claim being invalid and the policy will not apply.
  • •The Products must be returned back for a Refund.
  • •We will review such cases and provide a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
